What is "conversational" mode, exactly?

Instead of showing every question on one scrolling page, the form presents one question at a time, with auto-advance after each answer and keyboard shortcuts (Enter to continue, A/B/C to select). You can switch any form back to the classic layout.

Can the AI build the form for me?

Yes. Describe what you need in Arabic or English — "a bilingual patient-intake form" or "استبيان رضا العملاء" — or paste a list of questions, upload a PDF, or paste a link to an existing form. The AI drafts every question in both languages and picks the input types. Refine it by asking, or edit anything by hand. It is included in the free trial.

Is Sahl/form a good Google Forms or Typeform alternative?

Is Sahl/form PDPL compliant?

Sahl/form is architected for PDPL compliance — schema-per-tenant data isolation, encryption at rest and in transit, documented sub-processors, exposed export/correction/erasure endpoints for every submission, and a DPA on request. We are not PDPL-certified yet; no SaaS vendor can be, because PDPL certification is for controllers, not processors. What we offer is the technical and contractual foundation a GCC controller needs to meet KSA PDPL, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, Qatar PDPPL, Bahrain PDPL, and Oman Royal Decree 6/2022 obligations.

How do data-subject rights work?

Under the PDPL you can ask to be informed about processing, access your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Send requests through the data request page; we respond within 30 days. Workspace owners can export or delete individual submissions themselves, and tenant-wide requests go to support@sahlform.com.

Yes — on paid plans, an integration REST API with API keys plus signed webhooks, so you can send submissions to your CRM, your warehouse, or anywhere you already work.
