How do I create my first form?
Sign up, then choose to create a new form. You can describe it to the AI, paste a list of questions, upload a PDF, import from a public Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, Tally, Fillout or Paperform link, start from a template, or start blank.
Can one form be in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Every question, option and button has an Arabic and an English version. Choose the language the form opens in; respondents can switch to the other on the form.
How do I switch between conversational and classic layouts?
Open the form’s settings in the editor and pick conversational (one question at a time) or classic (several questions per page).
How do I share a form?
Publish it, then copy the link, download the QR code, or copy an embed snippet for your website — an iframe, a popup, a chat-style bubble, or inline.
Where do I see responses?
Open the form’s submissions to browse, search and filter responses, and export them to Excel or CSV — on every plan. Analytics charts are included on Pro and Business.
How do I change colours, fonts and the logo?
Use the theme picker in the editor to choose one of 18 themes and set colours and fonts. On Pro and Business, add your logo and save brand themes in your workspace’s branding settings.
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days with three forms and 100 responses, AI generation included, no payment card. After that, choose Pro (SAR 99 a month) or Business (SAR 199 a month) — open Upgrade in your dashboard or email upgrade@sahlform.com.
Can I use conditional logic?
Not yet. Showing, hiding and skipping questions based on earlier answers is in development; we will announce it on the features page when you can use it.
How do I delete my account or personal data?
Send a request through the data request page or email privacy@sahlform.com. If you answered someone else’s form, you can ask the form owner too.
