Terms of Service.
Last updated 10 October 2026
The agreement between you and Sahl Suite QFC for using Sahl/form. Plain language where we can; please read it in full.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Sahl Suite QFC, a company registered in the Qatar Financial Centre, Doha, Qatar (“Sahl Suite”, “we”, “us”), which operates Sahl/form at sahlform.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” means that organisation.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Free trial and paid plans
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial limited to three forms and 100 responses. No payment card is required. To keep using the Service after the trial, you need a paid plan.
Paid plans are priced in Saudi Riyals as shown on our pricing page and are billed monthly or annually, in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change before it applies to your next billing period.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Your content and your respondents’ data
You own the forms you create and the responses you collect (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide and support the Service.
For personal data that respondents submit through your forms, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, telling respondents how it will be used, and obtaining consent where the law requires it. A data processing agreement is available on request, and our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to: break the law or help others to; collect passwords, payment card numbers or other credentials under false pretences, or run phishing; distribute malware or spam; infringe others’ rights; harass or harm people; probe, bypass or attack the Service’s security; overload the Service or access it in automated ways beyond its published limits; or resell the Service without our written agreement.
We may remove forms or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. AI features
AI form generation and refinement use third-party AI providers listed on our sub-processor page. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete: review every draft before you publish it. You are responsible for the forms you publish and for having the right to any content you submit to the AI.
7. Integrations and third-party services
If you connect the Service to other systems — for example through webhooks or the integration API — you are responsible for where you send Customer Data. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, including during maintenance. We may add, change or remove features. Features described as in development or coming soon are not part of the Service until we release them.
9. Our intellectual property
We own the Service, its software and our brands. These Terms do not give you any rights in them except to use the Service as permitted here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service or other people at risk — with notice where practicable.
Export any responses you want to keep before your account closes. After that, we delete or anonymise Customer Data as described in our privacy notice.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your Customer Data, your forms, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the updated Terms apply.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatar Financial Centre Civil and Commercial Court. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
